Care Instructions for Chainmaille Jewelry. I love the aluminum jump rings and wires because they will not tarnish. However, over time they will become dull due to daily wear and use. To wash the jewelry, we recommend using an everyday dish washing soap. Do not use bleach or any product that has bleach in it. Gently wash with water and soap. Rinse clean and let air dry
*Also note this is chainmaille. The clasps are soldered on, however the rings themselves are not soldered together. They are not intended to be pulled and yanked on. Please handle your jewelry with care.
Custom Orders. We are always excited to help our clients with creating a piece that is just right for you! Feel free to message us or contact us to design your own piece. Different colors, patterns, clasps, and charms are also available. When ordering a custom piece, please allow additional time for creating and shipping. We will keep in contact with you throughout the process, as well as give an estimated time frame when ordering.
Sizing. Standard sizing: bracelets 7", anklets 10", collars 16" - 18", necklaces 18" - 20". For larger sizes there is an additional cost associated with them. Please measure your neck, wrist, or anklet to ensure the proper size is made. It is best to grab a tape measure and measure the location of the jewelry. Measure based on how tight or loose you would like your jewelry to be worn. Keep in mind, We will add an 1/2” to the measurement for the clasp. If you prefer a specific size, please let us know when ordering so we can accommodate. You can always contact us if you need help or have questions.
Shipping - Our goal is for 1-3 business days once payment has been received. Some orders that are larger or customized will take longer. We will email or message you with updates. We ship to the address you provide us. Please double check your address before you place your order. If your item is shipped to the wrong address, it would be returned to us and we will ship it out again. We will need to charge you the standard shipping costs to reship any package that is not done in our error.
Un-deliverable or Wrong Address. Again, we ship to the address on your account. Please double check that address before placing your order. If a package has been marked “delivered” please check with your local post office. Many times they can help track the package. All of our packages come with tracking numbers. This number is sent to you via email/message after the package has been mailed. If a package has been marked “delivered” and cannot be located, we cannot replace the item unfortunately, since the item was sent to the correct address listed in the order.
International Shipping. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Payment preferred is Paypal or square cash, however all credit cards are accepted through those options.
Returns/Exchanges. I will gladly accept returns or exchanges for items that have arrived damaged or defective. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item, and return the item within 14 days. I do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or items personalized. Items should be returned in the condition they were sent out. Photos are taken and sent to the buyer along with a tracking number. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss.
